Het Balsamico huis Giusti is één van de oudste uit Modena. Zij laten al hun azijnen rijpen in eeuwenoude vaten en gebruiken geen karamel om de azijn te kleuren. Een rijk boeket met een evenwichtige, aangename aciditeit dat eigen is aan de balsamico azijnen. Deze azijn is de eerste stap in het assortiment van Giusti. Een balsamico met een goede densiteit en aanhoudende aroma's, het brengt kleur en verrijkt een groot aantal verschillende gerechten. Rijping op oude Franse eiken vaten van begin 20e eeuw met een toevoeging van gerijpte azijn uit eeuwenoude vaten. Serveersuggestie: Bij rauwkost met olie, ratatouille, creatieve salades. Als basis bij sauzen voor grillades en wild, rood vlees en stoofpotjes.
