LE COQ TOQUÉ! ?
One Bas-Normand, the other Haut-Normand, Jean-Marie and Timothée did not wait for the merger of the regions to undertake a common project! A little more than ten years ago, the two Normans meet on the benches of the business school in Paris. Epicureans, good living, in love with their soil, they share the same values.
TOWARDS FARTHER HORIZONS
Then their paths separate: Jean-Marie sets aside the Camembert in favor of the Cantonese dim-sums. He spent three years in China working in the flourishing trade of French wine. Timothy, on his side, flies to the new continent to live the "American Dream" for four years. Based in Brooklyn, he trained in communication skills at a large French leather goods house.
A NORMAND TERROIR AND A DESIRE TO ENTER
Experiences that have forged a certain desire to undertake in the world of gastronomy and high-end while making them realize how much French products are popular abroad. Following the family acquisition of an apple orchard in Calvados, the two friends want to enhance the fruits of this Norman terroir: Le Coq Toqué! was born.
THE ORCHARD, A VARIETAL CONSERVATORY
In the heart of Calvados, the orchard is the part of Stéphane, the father of Timothy. Agricultural engineer, trained in arboriculture, this enthusiast was seduced by the varietal diversity offered by this orchard planted almost thirty years ago which lists some 400 varieties of apples.
NATURAL AND 100% ORGANIC
The certified Nature & Progrès production gives the best of the apple. Everything is organic and natural: no treatment, no chemical amendments, nothing but a little elbow grease and lots of passion!
MADE IN NORMANDIE
Manufacturing "Made in Normandy" is done in a small independent and associative workshop where a team of shock is activated in the press, assembly and bottling.

Le Coq Toqué! it is the Norman fruit par excellence that is in the spotlight: An original collection of organic apple juice with subtle combinations of fruits, flowers, infusions of aromatic plants and exotic spices. Made exclusively from table apples, sweet and fruity, Le Coq Toqué! the real taste of apples are slightly sweet and slightly acidic.

The recipes, developed by Jean-Marie and Timothée, are not lacking in audacity. Pairing apple with spearmint, basil, rose or cherry cherry is a winning bet. In each association, they seek a gourmet balance and new flavors to make you discover the apple as you have never drunk!
Far from the usual codes of organic food, Le Coq Toqué! it is also the pleasure of the eyes. To understand the identity of the brand you must go into the kitchen, put on an apron and follow the recipe of the two chefs: Take a spoon of freshness, a good dose of authenticity, a zest of French chic, a pinch of eccentricity and mix everything.
